It was apparent that some policy was not being implemented in Defence workplaces and specifically in relation to the test and tag requirements of legislation which was embodied in Defence policy. CSI were engaged to review the legislation, the policy and investigate the implementation requirements of each of the Groups and Services. Recommendations in relation to policy development, changes to the policy and methods for communication of requirements were presented for consideration.
