Austrade were issued with an enforceable Undertaking (EU) by Comcare in lieu of prosecution following an electrical incident in one of their workplaces. The EU plan included the conduct of a WHSMS audit aligned to SafetyMAP version 4. CSI were contracted to undertake the task and aligned the audit tools to both SafetyMAP and AS/NZS 4801 to ensure a comprehensive approach was provided to the Regulator. The CSI audit tool mapping was used and well accepted by Austrade management. The audit report was submitted and accepted by the Regulator as part of the EU implementation plan.
