Austrade were issued with an enforceable Undertaking (EU) by Comcare in lieu of prosecution following an electrical incident in one of their workplaces. As part of the directives in the EU, Austrade were to appoint an external WHS advisor for the period of the EU to assist them in making informed decisions. CSI were appointed and assisted in the development of implementation plans and safety reports for monitoring by the Regulator.
