This task required reviewing the training sessions to provide recommendations for improvement in content and in quality. The course involved the provision and review of safety management systems, understanding the Australian Standards on Safety Management Systems (AS/NZS 4804) and the auditing requirements for these systems (AS/NZS 4801), auditing paperwork and documentation required to undertake a safety management systems audit, interview techniques and methods for reviewing or grading results. Details were provided to the client for consideration of changes to the training sessions.
