Procurement of goods and/or services comes with its own issues and may introduce problems to a principal’s workplace. Qantas sought support in the development of and delivery of procurement training for facilities and human resource personnel to allow them to understand the risks of introducing contractors or goods that may be incompatible, into the Qantas workplace.
