This two day training course provides managers with an understanding of risk management and not just safety risk management. While the principles are the same the application varies from risk control methodologies in safety and environmental management to risk treatment in most other forms of workplace management. The course focuses on risk management planning and plans for specific requirements of business output to allow for informed decision making and risk mitigation through a range of strategies. The training was adjusted to suit each of the client’s needs and organisational structure.
